FAQs

  • Each sale will go live on the date and time advertised.

Sales often comprise of one client’s wardrobe and where appropriate the client will be stated in the title of the sale.

Simply choose the item you would like to purchase and add it to your cart. Then choose shipping for UK, Europe or Worldwide. Please click here for information on shipping.

There is only one of each item available so once it’s gone, it’s gone! If you add an item to your cart, it is not guaranteed to be yours until you have completed the purchase and paid for the item.

In busy sales, items that are in demand can sell out quickly. If an item in your basket has already sold, a message will appear saying ‘the item is no longer available in the quantity you require’. You need to remove the item from your basket in order to be able to purchase any other items.

On the odd occasion that there are two of the same item, the pieces will be listed separately stating each size.

All items are in good condition, often brand new with tags, and sometimes this season! If an item has a mark or small imperfection, it will be stated in the description.

Please do browse the Clothing section for items from other influencers and clients. The Clothing section is in size categories.

  • We are very proud of our impressive line-up of clients with whom we have worked and built a trustworthy relationship over the years. However, we are always interested in hearing from new sellers, so please see below if you are interested in finding out more about selling with us.

  • If you are interested in selling with us, please contact us at hello@thesecondrow.co.uk with a list of the items, stating brand and size.

As a guide, we generally sell on behalf of clients who have 40 plus items to sell. However, we are happy to hear if you have fewer, especially if you have one-off, special designer pieces. We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have items from brands like Rixo, Ganni, Maje, Sandro and Isabel Marant. Please note you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase for designer bags.

The Second Row has no obligation to take on any new clients and reserves the right to refuse to sell any items they deem unsuitable.

If we do decide to sell your pieces, you will be sent a client agreement. This will explain how The Second Row will work as an agent for you, selling items on your behalf for which we will receive a commission.
