Shipping

All items are shipped using Royal Mail or Hermes. The Second Row aims to ship all items within 3 days of the sale. If the delivery address is in the UK and you have not received your item within seven days of the sale please contact us. At busier times, such as Christmas, please allow slightly longer postage time than usual.

UK domestic shipping

There is a flat fee for UK items. All items are sent using a tracked service. The fee is £5 for parcels under 1kg, £7 for parcels 1-2kg and £11 for parcels over 2kg.

International shipping

For items to Europe, postage is £12. 

For items to the USA and Canada, postage is £25

We do not currently post to Australia and NZ.

All customs and import duties must be paid for by the buyer. We will not accept returns on internationally shipped items if the item has been returned solely due to custom charges.

Please note some countries have restrictions on some clothing, apparel and materials. If you purchase an item that is prohibited in that country, we will be in touch prior to shipping and offer a full refund for that purchase.


Returns

Return Cost

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return postage and a tracked service is advised. 

Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

7 Days to Return

The Second Row works as a ‘flash sale’ and as there is only ever one item available, we try to minimise the number of returns. If you are unsure about an item and need more information before purchasing, please contact us and we will be able to answer any queries related to the item or size. 

We do, however, understand that sometimes an item will need to be returned and we are happy to process a refund if it has not been used or worn. Please email us on hello@thesecondrow.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the item to inform us that you wish to return your item. Please post back to us within 5 days of this email. A refund will be processed within 5 days of us receiving the item. Please note earrings are non-returnable. If we suspect an item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to refuse to refund the item.

Faulty Items

We apologise for any item that is damaged or not as described. Please contact us to process a full refund including the original shipping costs.
